AcademicsGraphic Arts2-year Diploma Program Program Description & Job Opportunities Course Listings Course Descriptions The Graphic Arts student will combine his or her creative and artistic talents with the latest computer technology for a rewarding career in commercial design. The Graphic Arts program teaches students to become well-informed, resourceful, thoughtful, and talented designers who are able to grow and be challenged with an ever- changing visual profession. Developing the creative process, this carefully sequenced curriculum emphasizes fundamental traditions of design through concept development, color, composition, image making, typography, and verbal and written communication. Digital technology is regularly updated with industry standard hardware and software and is a vital component of Graphic Arts and many other departments. Admissions Program Requirements
InternshipAll two-year students are required to complete a 336-hour internship providing them with on-the-job experience and a safety net of instructors to confide in if challenges occur. Many of our students are offered jobs upon completion of their internship.Career Opportunities
