The types of information, and the way in which it is used in a health care setting, are very different from other types of business. This class is designed to introduce the IT Professional to the information flow within a health care setting. Includes discussions on electronic health records, American Reinvestment and Recovery Act, and HIPAA.

Classes meet Tuesday & Thursdays from 6–9 pm or Saturdays from 9 am–1 pm.
