2024 Winter Reflections Craft Show Vendor Registration

After submitting the vendor’s registration, please locate the “table fee payment” link at the bottom of this page to submit your payment. 

The Winter Reflections Craft Show & More will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The entrance fee is $50 per table, which benefits the State College South Hills Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA.) It will be held in the Mazza Center, the student lounge, student activities room, and several other classrooms as needed.

Early setup is available from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024.  Saturday setup starts at 7 a.m. The tables are long classroom style tables. The spots are approximately 8′. Also, we do not allow tents of any kind on a vendor spot.

We will advertise through an outdoor sign at our school two weeks prior to the show and also through online, social media, and newspapers.

*We reserve the right to limit the number of crafts that are the same type as deemed necessary. We will also only allow one vendor for each company (example Tupperware, Scentsy, etc).
