Filing a Report
If you believe you or anyone else is in immediate danger, call 911 immediately.
Any individual, including a third party, may make a report concerning of sexual misconduct. Complainants and third parties are encouraged to report sexual misconduct as soon as possible to allow South Hills School of Business & Technology to respond promptly and effectively.
South Hills’s trained Title IX/Deputy Title IX Coordinators will handle reports of sexual misconduct promptly and fairly. The Title IX Coordinator and President will have access to all complaints filed through both titleixcoordinator@southhills.edu and Lighthouse Reporting. Information provided in any type of reporting will be used to thoroughly review and investigate the complaint.
Title IX Coordinators are not a confidential source of support. While they will handle your complaint with the highest level of sensitivity, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Information will only be shared with those individuals who need to know. Please see the confidentiality statement in South Hill’s Sexual Misconduct Policy. Information on confidential local resources are listed above.
